Using the powerful techniques that healed me from the stored trauma in my body from sexual abuse and societal conditioning, I will take you on a journey of liberation that gets deep into your body to change to reprogram the nervous system. Changing those old programs that hold you back , keep you playing small and lining you up for more unworthy treatment. Re-introducing you to YOUr body, YOUr yoni, YOUr creativity, YOUr voice and YOUr freedom. Elevating YOU Frequency, so that you can shine, love, live, dance, laugh and trust. This is a starter program to re-introduce you to yourself, your body and your freedom through Quantum Breath, Quantum Flow, Intuitive Energy Movement and Freedoming Dance. This program is designed to awaken and empower you. It involves online, easily accessible, recorded sessions for daily practice, and weekly live workshops and activations with me online. This weekly workshop is a group class, which will involve a shared community space for support and information, that will be completely confidential and safe and totally optional for your involvement, although it is recommended for maximum healing as the power of other women also transforming, is amazing. Please note that I am not a qualified counsellor or psychologist. My specialty in this field is from learned experience from a lifetime of abuse and healing. Of course I am a Qualified Quantum Flow Practitioner and Quantum Breath Instructor and I predominantly use these modalities in my programs as they are the magic that I used to transform my life to liberate me from the limitations of sexual abuse.
